"Vale Removals & Deliveries are a first class company whose attention to detail is commendable.

We have used Gareth and his team twice in six months, once to move from our home to rented accommodation and then again in November to move us into our new home.

On the first occasion Gareth had a problem with one of his vans and rather than let us down the team worked late on the evening prior to our move loading the van in order to ensure that we were moved on time the following day.

All furniture was dismantled for us and packed very carefully and then re-assembled and placed in position at our new home, they even "put up" with moving items around if we didn't choose the correct place first time and all of our possessions arrived in perfect condition.

All boxes were distributed to the rooms we requested and plants were placed around the garden.

We had torrential rain on the second move but even that didn't daunt the boys, they just kept going until the job was complete.

Vale Removals offered the best price around, beating their nearest competitor by over £100.

The team turned up exactly when they said with two Luton size vans, carefully wrapped the furniture and essentials, laid coverings on the floor and moved us with zero fuss. The boxing system and packaging provided is strong and shaped to the relevant items. Basically you box up and seal all your household items ( apart from the large ones) prior and on the day of the move everything is taken care of. It is a real slick, professional operation . Literally everything is assessed and worked out in advance . Just pop down to the office and see the solutions they have , it’s like a treasure trove of how to protect your items in transit!! Cannot fault the service the removal guys carried out at short notice and because their own storage was already pre booked the office guys arranged to store my furniture with another local firm, which also proved to be excellent. They took a great deal of stress off my shoulders and I naturally chose Vale to move my furniture to my new house sixteen weeks later. Despite having great difficulty in getting my heavy piano into a conservatory, the guys figured out a way and everything was moved seamlessly into place. I can highly recommend them.
